NIC Holiday

In the Budget in June 2010 it was announced that an NI break would be given for new businesses starting up between 22.6.2010-5.9.2013.

For the first 10 employees taken on in the business’s first year, no employer’s NI will be payable during their first year of employment up to a max of £5000 per employee.

The relief is regional-London and the South East are excluded.
